Our Apartmentzzz

Situated right in the center of Graz, in the historic part of Schönaugasse, you will find our two apartments Galerie and Froschkönig, which we as a family run with a lot of heart and dedication. The central location next to Jakominiplatz and the unique ambience of our carefully refurbished house offer the best conditions for an unforgettable stay in Graz. No matter if you are on a business trip, on the move or just want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Apartment Froschkönig

Our small, quiet non smoking apartment Froschkönig is located on the ground floor with views and access to the magically-looking patio. This apartment with 35 m² living area is for 1 – 2 persons. In addition to a cozy living room with free Wi-Fi, it offers access to the courtyard, where you may celebrate the end of an exciting day in a relaxing ambiance. Domestic equipment of apartment Froschkönig:

  • Living / bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, radio, integrated shower and wash stand
  • Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffe maker, dishwasher, electric stove and oven
  • The toilet is located in the courtyard, which is within a distance of 5 meters (see floor plan)
  • The patio includes a terrace and a sitting area with bicycle storage (for guest only)
  • Towels and bed linen per guest per stay will be provided
  • Free Wi-fi

Prices apartment Froschkönig: 1 person:    40 € / night (including overnight stay tax) 2 persons: 70 € / night (including overnight stay tax) Final cleaning: 30 €  (one-time fee) The minimum stay for this apartment are two nights! When booking, only the current rates of this website apply.

Apartment Galerie

Our non-smoking apartment Galerie is stylishly furnished, bright and spacious. The residential unit is also located on the ground floor of the house. This apartment with 40 m²  living area is for 1 – 2 persons. Domestic equipment:

  • Living / Bedroom with double bed, couch, dining table, satellite Tv, radio, wardrobe and air conditioning.
  • Kitchen with two hot plates, fridge and freezer, espresso pot and dishwasher. Shower and WC with vanity and hairdryer.
  • Seating area on the house balcony on the first floor.
  • Towels and bed linen per guest per stay will be provided
  • Wi-fi for free

  Prices apartment Galerie: 1 person: 45 € / night (including overnight stay tax) 2 persons: 77 € / night (including overnight stay tax) Final  cleaning: 30 € (one-time fee) The minimum stay for this apartment are two nights! When booking, only the current rates of this website apply.

Booking Process
  1. Check our booking calenders for your desired period of stay
  2. If you need further informations feel free to contact us via mail or phone
  3. Download our booking form and our terms and conditions from our download area
  4. Return the completed booking form by e-mail as soon as possible
  5. You will receive the confirmation of your stay by mail from us
  6. Setting an agreement for a binding time in order to carry out the key-handover, at the latest, one day before arrival
  7. Move in and feel at home!

 

General Information

CHECK IN  from 14:00 CHECK OUT  until 10:00 As we don not run a reception like hotels, we ask our guest to contact us at least one day before arrival by phone or e-mail to agree upon a binding time in order to handing over the keys.

PAYMENT:

The entire rental amount is required to be paid in cash when moving into the apartment or earlier, during the booking process by bank transfer. Unfortunately, we can not accept credit cards, debit cards or checks.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation up to 26 days before arrival: free of charge Cancellation between 25 days and 15 days: 25 % of the rent Cancellation between 14 days and 8 days before arrival: 50 % of the rent Cancellation 7 to 1 day before arrival: 75% Cancellation on the day of arrival, absence and departure ahead of schedule 100 % of the rent. Please send our booking requests preferably by e-mail, but getting in contact is also possible by phone. By phone: Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 19:00 Inquiries on Sundays and public holidays please only by mail.
